I passed my CCNA exam. The exam had 86 questions overall including 3 labs (IPv4/IPv6 addressing, Static Routing Configuration, VLAN/LACP). Besides like 3-5 questions, all the other questions came from here. If you are taking the exam before the update on August 20, then you have nothing to worry about as long as you have learned from here. Best of luck to all of you and big thanks to 9tut and everyone else who helped to make this site.

@NITRAM it was very simple. You were given 2 networks, one IPv4 and one IPv6 and you had to assign the first and last host addresses on 2 different routers. The IPv4 network was /28, whereas the IPv6 was /125 (I believe it was 2001:db8:18::/125). So the only challenge was to figure out what the last IPv6 host address is (you have to convert the 125th bit to one to figure out the next subnet and then subtract one. Therefore the last host address of this network is 2001:db8:18::7/125).

Hi guys, I have crushed my exem over tuesday. I had static routing(floating, host, defaul too), IPv4 and v6 connectivity between routers. I had to use first and last address. One was /30 other one /126. Last lab was industry standard etherchannel and trunking(LACP and doit1q). Around 10 questions were new, but I have noticed that there are NQP 15 I had at least 5Q from that pool. GL

Passed! 86 questions and 3 labs (VLAN CDP and LLDP, IPv4 & IPv6 config, as well as static configuration). I saw a lot of questions from the new questions section on 9tut. I did not get to review every question in the new questions section. Good Luck everyone!

I did not pass the exam today, most of the questions were from this site but I was not well prepared and the exam material going to change starting tomorrow, so will this site still be useful or have to wait till they post new questions?

I have passed the CCNA exam. 83 questions and 3 labs (IPv4 and IPv6 Assignment, Static Routing Configuration Sim 5, Voice VLAN & LLDP). The Questions and Sims are more or less exactly what I saw on this site. If you study, understand the basic conceptes and practice enough, you will have more than enough time. Remember that a new version of the CCNA exam will be released on August 20. Thanks 9tut!

Took exam today with a pass. 3 labs – Voice Vlan and LLDP; IPv4 and IPv6 ASSIGNMENT (know how to find first and last host ip from a ipv6 subnet like ::60/125); vlan and trunk+LACP – but you only needed to configure the trunk port and LACP active ONLY. Red herring PC’s were in that lab. Questions were pretty straight forward. Make sure you KNOW HOW TO READ THE #SHOW IP ROUTE outputs and know your subnetting table. Theres like 20 show ip route questions. Know the configuration commands for OSPF – lots of questions about OSPF configuration. A few AAA questions. Some of stuff on this site is too in depth. Remember this is an ASSOCIATE level cert. good luck!
