I have just passed the ccna 200-125 exam with a score of 847.
This was my second attempt, first time round i got 757 and failed due to the fact that i clicked next during a simulation and could not go back hence blew probably around 80 points. Therefore REMEMBER that cisco does not allow you to go back once you have clicked on next.

This time round i studied all the premium section and made sure that i had commited pretty much everything to memory including the labs and simulations. I also studied the drag and drop sections well and commited those to memory too. I had a total of 62 questions on the exam. 1 configuration lab (acl2) but with the ip, topology and interfaces changed, however the commands and requirements were like for like. I also had 2 simulations (acl1 and eigrp troubleshooting) these were also almost like for like as seen on 9tut. As well as this i had only 1 drag and drop (screenshot of routing table) whereby you had to determine the metric, ad distance , etc. Other than that a load of ipv6 questions.

However to cut the long story short, commit all new questions (sections 1-7) to memory as well as all the labs and simulations, make sure you commit the commands and configuration to memory, (understanding the concept and logic will be beneficial). If you really want to get into the labs, do them on udemy where it will clear your concept. And look through all the other sections too (under ccna 200-125) but reading them a few times over and over should be ok. Don’t worry too much about memorising them. However commit all 4 drag and drop sections to memory too. This shall be enough to achieve a passing score. For me the lab and simulations were like i said almost like for like however the multiple choice questions were probably 50% like for like as seen on the premium section of 9 tut (ccna new questions). And the rest were new to me and ipv6 based however with a little thinking they can be solved. All the best to everyone taking the exam, i have also heard that if you pass before feb 23 you will have the old ccna, then they will also send you new cnna plus a badge, so really you will have 2 ccna (old and new) awards as well as a badge.
